I received one review during my tenure as a Software Installation Specialist, Software Performance Tester, Assistant Department Manager, Technical Writer, and Financial Applications Trainer while at CMS/Data from June 1991 through December 1996 that you may view below. CMS/Data (now Aderant) is a software company that provides practice management and time billing solutions for professional service organizations, primarily law firms. The two packages that I worked with were called CLO*2, which ran on HP9000 (HPUX) and SCO-UNIX, and CMS OPEN, which ran on Windows NT with a SQL relational database (Sybase). I worked for Anita Prater, Training Director.


 
Time Management: Rhonda has done an excellent job managing all of the training activities for the CLO*2 client base. She maintained a very busy training schedule this year, providing training assistance to over 20 clients. In addition, she has continued to develop new documentation for features in CLO*2 such as Task Based Billing and modified many existing manuals to make them more effective such as the GL chapters and CLO*2 Training Workbook. She has also provided her time and training expertise to the sales department on a number of occasions to assist in the sales of new modules and optional modules to the existing client base. Throughout the year she has offered her assistance when she can to the CMS OPEN documentation efforts and has been focusing a lot of her time lately in this area while there are so many high priority things to be done there.
Organization: Rhonda is very organized and efficiently manages the CLO*2 training and documentation functions. She often has several things going on at once and is very adept at managing her priorities so that she handles her assignments in a timely manner.
Quality: Rhonda puts quality into everything she does. She devotes a lot of time and attention to every task that she is involved with and devotes herself to researching her clients and their needs to provide the best training possible. She always delivers more than is asked of her. She addresses documentation tasks in the same manner, doing thorough researching and paying close attention to detail in order to put out a quality product.
Initiative: Rhonda is very self-motivated and works well with little supervision. She is extremely reliable and I have been able to delegate a great deal of the management of the training activities of the CLO*2 clients to her. She is extremely responsible and carries through on all of her tasks. She recognizes the needs in her area and makes valuable suggestions for improvement. She is continually taking on new responsibilities and welcomes new challenges. She has shown a great deal of initiative this year in juggling her CLO*2 responsibilities so that she can assist the CMS OPEN documentation department since she recognized a great need there and wanted to contribute.
Attitude: Rhonda is very dedicated to CMS/Data. She has worked for the company for a number of years in a variety of positions and has demonstrated her loyalty over and over. She has a very positive, upbeat attitude and is a very important part of the training department. She often helps others and is committed to being a valuable employee for the company.
Job Knowledge: Rhonda is an excellent employee and has gained a great deal of experience over the past year in working onsite with CLO*2 clients. She is a good representative for CMS on the road and has applied what she has learned in each of her client experiences to both her documentation and training that she provides the clients. She understands what is required of her and consistently delivers a good performance.
Product Knowledge: Rhonda has taken great strides this year in becoming more knowledgeable about the practical application of CLO*2 in the client environment. She had a great deal of product knowledge before she began training, but has significantly enhanced her knowledge of the product with her experiences, particularly in her handling of client expectations and the application of new products at a firm. She continually strives to improve her skills and expand her knowledge of CLO*2 and has been working whenever possible to gain experience and knowledge with CMS OPEN as well so that she can make more contributions in that area.
Dependability: Rhonda is extremely dependable. She takes on any task assigned to her and always meets her deadlines. I rely quote heavily on Rhonda to manage herself to a large degree and to be responsible for the CLO*2 training and documentation and she has never let me down. She always delivers on what is asked of her and consistently meets all departmental deadlines for administrative tasks. She is overall a very responsible employee.
Professionalism: Rhonda has great communication skills. She conveys information to the clients in a manner that is clear and easy to understand. She puts them at ease and has good followup skills. I have hear nothing but good reports from all of the firms that she has worked with. She also has excellent written skills. Her documentation is very thorough and very high quality. She has a pleasant personality and works well with everyone that she comes into contact with and always conducts herself very professionally.
