  • Supported district staff regarding the administration of our internal Broward Standards Assessment (Florida Standards Assessment practice test) using the Item Bank Test Platform (IBTP) software while in the Database Researcher position at Broward County Schools (June 2015 - April 2017)

  • Supported school staff during the Florida Department of Education requirements such as data corrections, computer-based testing certifications, and spring assessments while in the Database Researcher position at Broward County Schools. (December 2013 - June 2017)

  • Supported clients by helping them use the DonorCommunity content management-based website software to maintain their websites as Customer Support Specialist at DonorCommunity (September 2013 - November 2013)

  • Supported the next-generation license key generation web application while in the Business Applications Manager position at MetiLinx (Nov 2002 - June 2004)

  • Supported 21 clients as Support Team Lead at Ecometry (July 2002 - August 2002)

  • Supported Ecometry clients in Australia and New Zealand while telecommuting from Hawaii and California as Systems Advisor at Ecometry (1999 - 2001)
