Technical writing
While I have 6 years and 5 months experience in a Technical Writer position, I have used this skill throughout my career for 11 years. Technical writing comes naturally to me given my ability to learn new software easily combined with my extreme attention to detail and communication skills. Links to sample documents that I wrote are included for your review below.
Spring 2023: As Co-President of the Walton High School Foundation, I wrote the Walton High School Foundation documentation to record all of the processes and technology that I implemented during my four year tenure as a member of the Board.
May 2015 - October 2016 (1 yr, 5 mos.): As a Database Researcher at Broward County Schools, I tested, documented, trained, and supported district staff on the administration of our internal Broward Standards Assessment (Florida Standards Assessment practice test) using the Item Bank Test Platform (IBTP) software that the Florida Dept of Education provided. A few of the sample documents resulting from this effort are listed below:

You may wander why I was effectively acting as a software implementation project manager, when my title was Database Researcher, but if you are familiar with unionized environments, the titles never change regardless of the needs of the department due to red tape. I am comfortable using my skills to handle any projects that arise.
September 2013 - November 2013 (2 mos.): As a Customer Support Specialist at DonorCommunity, I wrote software documentation. One of the samples from this role is the Event Management Training Manual.
June 2007 - March 2010 (2 yrs, 9 mos.): As a Contract Technical Writer at Synergistix, I customized CATS software manuals for each client implementation using Adobe FrameMaker. Each client implementation required a CATS Training Manual and a CATS Manager’s Manual.
July 1998 - July 2002 (4 yrs): As a Systems Advisor at Ecometry, I authored a variety of communication materials for the customer base via the researching, writing and dissemination of software issue memos, bug bulletins, and patch tape notes. A sample from this effort is the Ecometry USPS June 2022 Rate Memo that was distributed to our client base to make them aware of upcoming shipping changes.
August 1993 - December 1996 (3 yrs, 4 mos.) : As a Technical Writer/Financial Applications Trainer at CMS Data, I wrote accounting software documentation for CLO*2 and CMS OPEN. These were our two practice management and time billing software solutions for professional service organizations and law firms.
