Informed Ecometry Clients of Upcoming Issues

As Systems Advisor at Ecometry from July 1998 - July 2002, I kept our clients updated on upcoming issues by researching, writing, and disseminating software issue memos, bug bulletins and patch tape notes. I worked with team members throughout the company to gather information and test processes to produce memos that would enable the customer base to easily navigate industry changes.
