Synergistix is a software company that provides customer relationship management software to pharmaceutical companies.

“Rhonda was a highly motivated employee, with great ability to work independently and often under tight deadlines and commitments. She was able to build a positive rapport with other individuals within her team as well as all other departments. I knew that once a project was assigned to Rhonda, she would be fully responsible for its completion, and she would escalate issues which were truly road-blocks and needed additional support to overcome the obstacle. Rhonda resigned and left amicably due to her relocation. She gave us sufficient notice and continually provided support after her notice period through the training and transition of her replacement at our company.”
April 2010 email response from Terry Pilch to my resignation includes the following comments:
“I can’t say this [my resignation] is good news for me, because I have truly come to rely on you, and your dependability has been flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner. That said, congratulations and the best to you and Rick as you take on this next phase of your lives.
As I transition to a new person (have to find them first), could you be available for a consultative call to get that person up to speed?
Thank you for everything you’ve done for us.”
