“Mrs Knabb spearheaded the department’s effort to create a Sharepoint site. She also trained other staff on how to post information on Sharepoint. She trained our Test Developers on how to use new technologies. Mrs Knabb took on the project of organizing and analyzing results from the BSA and Primary Reading End of Year test. Mrs Knabb has developed a cohesive process to communicate essential information through our Announcements section of our Sharepoint site. She worked with our programmer to enhance the end user experience of our website. Mrs Knabb is always looking for ways to improve our processes. She managed the transition from IBTP to Canvas Guage.”

“Mrs Knabb spearheaded the department’s effort to administer our interim Broward Standards Assessment (BSA) on the state’s computer platform (IBTP). This was the first time the District administered a computer based interim test. Mrs Knabb took on the project of organizing and analyzing results from the state’s data corrections process. Mrs Knabb has developed a cohesive process to communicate essential information regarding the IBTP. She worked with our programmer to enhance the end user experience of our website. Mrs Knabb worked to eliminate the scanning issue for paper based tests from the prior year. She supported and implemented the scanning of tests through the IBTP, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of the results.”

“Ms Knabb is detail oriented and focused when given a task. She has picked up new software like Hyperion and SPSS. Ms Knabb is one of the point persons for assessment and data corrections. In that role she consistently communicates with school staff to assist them in completing their requirements. Ms Knabb worked with a colleague to refine the data corrections process. She is always looking for ways to increase efficiency in her work. Ms Knabb is an excellent addition to our research team. Her attention to detail will be a real asset to our department.”
